The website santahotel.gr (hereinafter the “Website”) is operated by the single member private company by the name SANTA SA, based in Thessaloniki and is legally represented by its President and sole Managing Director (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), which, inter alia, manages the hotel Wellness Santa Hotel.
